Traffic Citations/License Suspensions/CDL Violations
Why have our traffic lawyer fight a
traffic ticket?
Paying the ticket is the same as pleading guilty and can result in points being added to your license, increased insurance premiums, and even license suspension.
Neither the Officer nor the court staff are required to inform you if your ticket will result in points or a suspension so before you plead guilty. Contact our traffic lawyer for a free consultation.

What can you do in
First we review every ticket to see if there is a defect that we could use to get the ticket dismissed. This is not common but we review every case carefully.
In most cases we recommend having us negotiate your ticket to an offense that won’t carry points or affect your license.
In most cases you will not have to appear in court.
CDL Violations
If you have a CDL and receive a traffic citation, we understand that your very livelihood could be at risk. In addition to regular offenses we handle CDL specific violations including Overweight Truck Violations.
Out of State Drivers
Pennsylvania is a member of the Driver License Compact, an agreement between 46 states to report traffic convictions and license suspensions. This means that paying a ticket in Pennsylvania may add points to or result in a suspension of your out-of-state license.
